The church is transitioning over to a new database system. It will allow for an easier way of communication. A secure online directory is now available as well as an app. If you have already been invited to Realm, then go ahead and check it out. If you haven't yet been invited and want to check it out, then send Peggy or Rhett an e-mail.

Putting the Pumpkins to Work
We have already issued a check to Thornwell Home for Children to help send their youth to the Tsunami fall retreat that we will be attending with them this month. We are looking forward to seeing them there and sharing some evening devotion time with them. Some of the left over pumpkins are going to Camp Erin this week for use in one of their activities. Find more about Camp Erin.

Grace Member Honored by Presbytery
Grace member Bonnie Mendenhall on Tuesday was honored by Providence Presbytery with its Legacy Award.
Here's what the Legacy program had to say about Bonnie:
“Charter member Bonnie Mendenhall reflects back to Grace Presbyterian's groundbreaking in 1997, 'It was an amazing service; I was smitten.' Her legacy began.
Bonnie has faithfully served on session, in choir, in the quilting/prayer shawl ministries. She has attended Sunday School, book and Bible studies. She's been there for VBS's, dinners, funerals, so many functions. Who makes the coffee? Who prepares the Communion bread? Bonnie Mendenhall, of course. With a twinkle in her eye and a delightful sense of humor, Bonnie warms up the room. She is the greeter extraordinare to visitors. Bonnie is one of Christ's dependable hands as a faithful Presbyterian.”
